Looking for 30 plus acres for weekend land lease – Please Contact (Ormond Beach)
I am looking to lease land for a single weekend or potentially monthly depending upon how quality the land is. I host large running events that take runners through a variety of terrain and natural obstacles. We charge for these events and pretty much make a day out of it.
The hard part is that we’re looking for land that has different types of terrain and lots of it. We like creek beds, tall grass, trees, wildlife, etc. And we don’t even really need any facilities for our events. We also need at least 20 acres, but would prefer 30 or more. It’s difficult to create several miles of trail without enough acres to do so.
We do pay for the use of the land and I can assure you, it is quite reasonable, especially for the right patch of land.
We are looking for land in Daytona/Ormond, Orlando, Pensacola, Jacksonville, and Tallahassee right now.
