Once you have found a property you like, simply select a purchase option and add the property to your shopping cart. 2) You will have three options before checkout: Pay in full, Financing option #1 or Financing option #2. Full descriptions of these options can be viewed before checkout. 3) No matter what option you choose, a $50.00 down payment is required to secure a property. Once you have made the required down payment, we will receive your order along with which option you chose for payment. *The down payment will be deducted from the total purchase price*. If down payment is not made immediately upon checkout via Pay Pal (www.PayPal.com) your order will be disregarded in our system. If you have problems with our checkout process please Contact us immediately. -If you choose any of the "financing options", a land package with a Sales contract along with maps of your property will be sent to you within 48 hours via registered mail. Delivery time depending on the postal service area in which you live in is anywhere from 5 - 7 business days. - If you choose the "pay in full option", we will send you an electronic invoice for the remaining balance of the property which can be paid via PayPal or Certified Check. Once full payment is received, the deed will be drawn up, notarized and sent to the county to be recorded. You will receive a copy during this process along with your property legal map. The original recorded deed will be sent to you by the county within 30-60 business days. Once Down Payment is made, full payment for the remaining balance must be made within 5 Business Days (Pay In Full Option Only). PLEASE ASK ALL PERTINENT QUESTIONS PRIOR TO MAKING DOWN PAYMENT.
